Surf Conditions/Scenes From Today..
About 70 miles of South Jersey Coastline......
Gale Force Winds,Blowing Rain & Sand.. Nice !!!
And For Me East was Least... :D

That would probably be a good bet Brian.I was out monday in the white water and we got 8 bass from 25'-36'.They don't want the bunker yet either,all the action was on fresh clam.Guess there isn't alot of bait swimming through the inlet yet.

I watched a Fishermen throwing Clam today
on LBI and even with 8oz's within seconds
it was back on the beach...Surf Was Pounding
in those strong winds.As they die down ,for
Sure Clam Lures will be the way to go later
this week.. Good Luck Guys....

I might Be Throwing Some Snot Myself....:)

I just got back from the Longport jetty. It was ragein'! Even more incredible were the 2 boats I saw go out thru the inlet. They were about 28'. They were takin a pretty good beatin, then they vanished behind the swells.

Nick,
I saw a couple of small fish caught very early
in the day down South...
From that point on , conditions wend down hill
at every stop. I tried to throw plugs,jigs & metal
but it was very tuff in those winds....
The Bait guys had to use alot of weight to hold
bottom and I don't think they had much success
either,alot of them threw out one time then
left... I couldn't see much thru all of that
foam..

Will Get Them Next Time.... ;)
