Fished wrecks on AS Saturday.
Caught my limit of sea bass. 1/2 seabass nice size- 1/2 decent size.
Had to WORK for them.
Some dogs in the mix.
Mostly all on bait and a few on jigs.
Tide was rippin.
Nice weather in am- wind picked up in the pm.
Great trip all together.
It was a great offshore seabass season for me on the AS.
Probably my last trip till next season.
Going to start focusing on the striped ones.
Till next time.........

jgonz222,

The tide should slow up.
I was using FRESH surf clams- trust me it made a difference;) get some before the trip if you can.
Good luck on Saturday- my cousin and his son should be on that trip.

The AS has a special seabass open trip leaving 11;30 pm tonight and fishing tomorrow(Thursday).
They plan to fish farther down beyond the Rocks. I heard the trip is limited to 25 guys and I believe there are a few spots open.
My friends are on the trip, but I couldn't go due to my work. :(

So you do have a job? I thought you fished for a living :D :D
Unfortunately, I still have to work. :)
I have to work 14 hours a day now. What a miserable life I have. :(
I don't fish for a living, but I live for fishing. :)

Kil,

Don't feel bad, I am chained to my desk too, weather looks perfect right now.

The good news I may get out here next week for Tile and I know I am going to Florida ( Ocean Reef) in two weeks to do deep water jigging there for Snapper & Grouper and what ever else I snag with my hammered Diamond jig.

After that I would like to do trip with Dom for Haddock!

Let me guess, you are an accountant?
If so, April 15 is not too far away.:)
