Party Boat Blue Fishing Sat. (Terrible Crew)

A friend called Sat. morning to see if I wanted to fish for blues in the evening. I didn't really want to go blue fishing so I told him that we should leave ASAP and Jump on the Jamaica TWO for Fluke and then If he still was up to it we could jump on the Jamaica for blue fish in the evening. Well I forgot to fuel up the vehicle before we got on 195, therefore we could not make it in time for the Fluke trip. Well the only other option was to Bluefish. He wanted to go out on a boat the he has been going out on every other Sat. that goes out of Belmar so I said sure. Well of course the boat was jam packed with people and beer. Well on the way out we were standing in the stern of the boat conversating and suddenly all you could smell was F'in POT smoke. They continued to smoke for about 15 minutes. I could not believe it, but I didn't know where it was coming from. There were some youngstrers on the boat which really ticked me off. Well we fish and caught fish, but thoughout the trip you could smell people Smoking that S#%#.
Not a word from any of the mates or the captian. UNREAL. So now the trip is over and we are heading back in, I am sitting in the cabin talking with a bunch of people and I look over and see this guy rolling a freakin joint. And directly behind him there is this young girl between 7-10 looking over his shoulder watching him. He gets done rolling this thing and sticks it in his ear. He puts his bag away and takes it out of his ear and begins to lite it. The guy sitting next to him taps him on the shoulder and says lets go outside. Great IDEA IDIOT! On the way out of the Cabin they tap one of the mates on the shoulder and he goes with them. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I thought to myself. Well a group of 7 guys go out and smoke and while they are out there they are tapping on the window telling other friends of theirs to come out.
Now I knew what I was getting myself into going on a Sat. night, but I could not believe that the mates and captain would let this go on. I mean isn't it Illegal?
Well the fishing wasn't bad if you got past the doggies. I probably landed my limit of blues and over 20 dogs.

Sunday I did get out on the Jamaica II for flatties, but we did not do too well with a total of 15 keepers to the whole boat. I personally had two shorts.
