Can anyone please provide me with some advice on a good party Boat in the Atlantic Highlands area?
And The best time to go out for stripers on them Day/Night.

There are a few people at work that want to go fishing and they don't know anything. My boat is in the shop and I don't know any party boats in that area.

There's 3 or 4 party boats that go out of the Atlantic Highlands municple marina for stripers. The Fisherman, the Prowler , the Sea Fox are the ones that I know. You can check them out on a website fishbox.tv or just do a Google search on them. They've all been doing pretty good on the stripers but it can still be a hit or miss. The 34" and over are tougher to come by. Always lots of 28-34" fish you have to throw back. The Fisherman and the Prowler also go out in the afternoon from 3:30-9:30 pm I think. There's also the Freddy C out of Leonardo that goes out from 6:30 pm to 11:30 pm.

The Teal is another good, clean boat out of AH. Haven't been on a head boat this season, but I'm sure they're all catching fish. I've always fished the night trips (for stripers) on the head boats, but I know they've been catching in the day as well.

I have fished a most of the striper boats out of Atlantic highlands and I prefer The Teal w/ Capt. Dan. That is the only boat that fishes stripers everynight from April until around Thanksgiving or a little latter. The rest of them switch to other species during the late summer/early fall. Capt. Dan is real good about going out with only a handful of guys, sails very consistently irreguardless of the crowd or weather.

I see you are also getting tired of the long wait trying to see your reports at Fixbox. I fish out of the A.H. marina in my small boat when the weather permits and I always check your reports. I must say that your reports seem to be honest and I appreciate reading your slow reports as much as your good reports. If I was to pick a striper boat at Sandy Hook I'd go on yours. The Bass Barn seems to be getting more and more people reporting from the Raritan Bay area each year. I always check their site before heading out.
