like new, factory re-conditioned under warranty by penn. i think they are better than new now that an american serviced them! good for light trolling or bottom fishing.
i have 6 of them, 45$ each or 240$ for all! can meet in south jersey/wilmington area for pickup. or can ship at your expense.
