Hello fellas, Got my first striper good friday off the bank in venice park..
Now I got the Roc Fish ready to go an would like to get some perching in before the flounder season opens.. was thinking about going to either the mullia river,tuckahoe,or the great egg harbor..in your humble opinions what would be my best bet. this way i could give the boat a little shake down run and still fish some.

Haven't Really Heard Much About Perch since
just about everyone is looking for Bass lately..
My quess would be to try the Mullica first......

RocMan....The Tuckahoe river is ok..But the Egg Harbor is LOADED with perch!!!!...Use bloodworms,and you'll catch'em!!!....Good Luck..Where ever you go!!!

Rocman, I've been fishing for stripers a lot near the mullica. Heep losing my blood worms to perch. Seems to be quite a few around although with the hooks I'm using targeting the bass I haven't hooked into many perch. Small hooks and bloods should do the trick for ya.
