AHHHHHHH life is good !!!!!!!!

Now children; If ya ever go way up north where the wind is cold, you'll find a big guy dressed in his Orange Grundens. ( Ah run run bunker, run run bunker ) You'll see this guy haulin back his rig smiling and as the pile covers his feet. ( oh oh pick the net picker, pick the net picker ) He doesn't need a team of dear just a 671 with a 2 to 1 gear doing 11 knots, she's painted pearl white with a dry stack to. ( oh there goes picker. there goes picker ) He loads the wagon knowing that Obie making boxes. (Tap tap tap oh tap tap tap fill the boxes fishpicker ) As she steams to the dock sittin low in the water a smile come across her face. ( ahhhhhh squattin and smilin oh she loaded down ) From a blast of his horn you'll know he's home. When he pulls into the dock they look in disbelief ( ooooooooooh picker got the freshest Picker got the freshest ) As he unloads the boat the girls place smiles ( Merry picken Merry picken, Run run bunker, Pick the net,There goes picker, Tap tap tap , Squattin and smilin, Picker got the freshest.

The Nets were hung in the yard with care in hope that the striper law would soon be fair. With a bang from the gavel and a motion passed Fishpicker was told to get off hiss A$$. Go catch them up, The laws have been passed With a turn of the key and a flick of the switch Fishpicker was headed down the crick, Off to prove so many wrong. He wanted to prove that the stocks were strong. As he watched so many fishin in the EEZ he Knew catchin would be a breeze. So he went to the bank knowing that he would catch hoping that he would fetch $$$$$$.

As he watch the screen and chomped at the bit, He knew that the market would be thrown into a fit. Before he set he jigged the pile just wanting to see there size shape and style.

With a few cranks from a 9/0 he knew he was in the meat and soon the stripers were laying at his feet. As he picked away and hauled her back he was finally glad that NMFS was back. Working, begging ,proving and pleading. Knowing that ASFNC had finally conceded. The EEZ was open due to a volatilization They had no choice but to let FISHPICKER catchem. So Fill his quota yes thats a bet he had no choice OR NO REGRET. So he filled his tags No high gradin needed.

He steamed toward the dock Knowing that a boxes and trucks would soon be waiting, Off to Fulton street the Bass were needed, Millions and millions of consumers were waiting for their tummy's to be filled with a fresh new flavor, Striped Bass is on the menu, whether you like it or not.

Is There a Santa Claus?
From the Editorial Page of The New York Sun,
written by Francis P. Church, September 21, 1897

We take pleasure in answering thus prominently the communication below, expressing at the same time our great gratification that its faithful author is numbered among the friends of The Sun:

"Dear Editor--I am 8 years old.
"Some of my little friends say there is no Santa Claus.
"Papa says, 'If you see it in The Sun, it's so.'
"Please tell me the truth, is there a Santa Claus?
Virginia O'Hanlon
115 West Ninety-fifth Street
Virginia, your little friends are wrong. They have been affected by the scepticism of a sceptical age. They do not believe except they see. They think that nothing can be which is not comprehensible by their little minds. All minds, Virginia, whether they be men's or children's are little. In this great universe of ours man is a mere insect, an ant, in his intellect, as compared with the boundless world about him, as measured by the intelligence capable of grasping the whole of truth and knowledge.

Yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus. He exists as certainly as love and generosity and devotion exist, and you know that they abound and give to your life its highest beauty and joy. Alas! how dreary would be the world if there were no Santa Claus! It would be as dreary as if there were no Virginias. There would be no child-like faith then, no poetry, no romance to make tolerable this existence. We should have no enjoyment, except in sense and sight. The eternal light with which childhood fills the world would be extinguished.

Not believe in Santa Claus! You might as well not believe in fairies! You might get your papa to hire men to watch in all the chimneys on Christmas eve to catch Santa Claus, but even if you did not see Santa Claus coming down, what would that prove? Nobody sees Santa Claus, but that is no sign that there is no Santa Claus. The most real things in the world are those that neither children nor men can see. Did you ever see fairies dancing on the lawn? Of course not, but that's no proof that they are not there. Nobody can conceive or imagine all the wonders there are unseen and unseeable in the world.

You tear apart the baby's rattle and see what makes the noise inside, but there is a veil covering the unseen world which not the strongest man, nor even the united strength of all the strongest men that ever lived, could tear apart. Only faith, fancy, poetry, love, romance, can push aside that curtain and view and picture the supernal beauty and glory beyond. Is it all real? Ah, Virginia, in all this world there is nothing else real and abiding.

No Santa Claus! Thank God! he lives, and he lives forever. A thousand years from now, Virginia, nay, ten times ten thousand years from now, he will continue to make glad the heart of childhood.

Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
