Yesterday Dave O got his boat back from Tuckerton with the big 300 hanging on the back. We took it for a test ride and what a difference 20+ grand makes boat performed excellent.

Only took it up to 4800 rpm's and boat was in upper 30s and sipping about 3mpg on the flow scan. They used the 17" prop the torq is unbelievable boat is on plane in a few seconds he definately made the right move it's like a totally different boat.

Dave best of luck with it!

I talked to Dave last night, and all is def. well in Dave's world. That Grady is gonna be a sweet boat. With you repropping, Dave repowering, and Jimmy getting curtains for his submarine, the fleet is gonna be ready. :D What do I have to put on the Rodbender so I will be able to hang out with you new boat guys ? :)
