anyone know what the fishing and/or diving is like around the end of may?

we're staying at the el conquistador resort in Fajardo.

there's a private marina at the resort...so it shouldn't be too hard to find some boats heading out.

Ryan I stayed there several years ago. Group that sent us on the trip arranged for a charter to do some trolling (or should I say a boat ride). Down by the marina there is a walk way that will take you outside of the resort, along the ocean. Once you are out of the resort there should be a little tin shack restautrant (I forget the name). We got caught there in a rainstorm and ended up eating and drinking all afternoon. Food was excellent. Owner lent my wife his car so that she could go get cigarettes. Owner was a real nice guy. He has connections for locals that you can charter that will not take you for a boat.
