That looks like an inlet that I have been out many times.
Is there a light house to the right ??

is the north side only half finished ??

Barnegat Light ????

Looks more like Indian River.

Come to think of it,I never see the inlets from the beach.

You Need Rock Climbing Rope

I had the opportunity to check out this area
last weekend,it is truly a fisherman's paradise.
Big Bass were being caught right off the beach
just days before....

Its a great area to live/fish... I surf fish off of Sea Girt, flukin in the river in my little 16ft aluminum, great restaurants on the river...

hopefully I'll finish up the last repairs on my new used 21 ft center console so I can catch the end of the spring bass run...

I fish there about every other week. Good for blues first thing in the morning. Occasional bass or fluke on the river side. Pretty easy to walk on the "jacks" if the waves aren't big. Challenging to land fish if you don't have a gaff.
Nice views on the beach too!

Just a word of caution - those jacks are very slippery when using korkers because they are smooth - you are better of with sneakers on them than anything else.

what the fishermen had on (Sneakers)....
