Getting ready at the dock...

Sunset as the bite started at Old Orchard Shoal...

My cousin with a nice 36" 21 lb. striper caught on a bunker chunk drifting in 18 feet of water (his personal best)...

AMR...When you say last night are you talking Saturday night? I was just north of the 12 can at Old Orchard the same time and there had to be 3' to 4' swells with 20 to 30 knot winds. I did pick up a nice 37" 17 pounder and a 36" 15 pounder around 5:00pm. When the wind started the bite stopped. They were the only keeper size we got besides a fat 27" that was short.

Fished the reach Sunday am. Good bite of nice fish through the bluefish horde. Bunker were very easy to get in western bay early Sunday morning. Bunker heads took the nicer fish up to mid 20's. Got a nice one on live on bunker at the end of the tide. Should just get better after spawn.
