Need a roommate for 3rd floor apt. in downtown Sea Bright to share with me and my fiance.
1/2 block to beach 1/2 block to river. $638.50 per month, plus utilities (roughly $ 100 to 150).
Sublet March- Sept w/ option to sign lease when it renews in september.
Great location- South facing bedroom has view of ocean. (can see Shrewsbury Rocks from kitchen) 5 min from sandy hook, great bass fishing in the river a block away. I have a separate chest freezer for storing fish/ ice.
Must be a clean, non smoker, no loud music.
