FINALLY made it offshore this season launching from Absecon Inlet. Bounced around the bigger, closer wrecks picking a few bass from each spot. Went a little deeper to some smaller wrecks where the bite was furious. They were stacked at least 15 feet off the wreck. Oddly enough, we were also catching a few tog and ling on the diamond jigs, but they went right back in the water. Wave heights were less than 2 ft and there was plenty of people on the wrecks by 10:00 am. We hit our two man limit by noon.
Warning: It's that time of the year, the ramps are jam packed by 7:00 am and people are launching boats and waverunners using very questionable methods. Stay safe out there!!!
