I have used live spot, bunker and herring for stripers, never used snapper anybody have any experience with them for stripers. I know there great for large fluke.

The small bluefish around 6-8 inches have produced for us on multiple occasions. Stripers seem so omnivorous, I think they will eat any size finfish that will fit in their mouths!

Also caught them on small blues. Ran out of bunker one day and used a big fresh bluefish head to land one over 40 inches.
