Fished yesterday morning on the Ebb tide in the rips area. Fianlly got some fish to open their mouths! Ended up boating two bass. A 34 1/2" and a 27". Each boated by my only customer...He should have had like three more...but they got off! In all we prob. had like 10 decent bites!
Bucktail and mackeral is what produced.
In the afternoon...We shot back down for a little of the incoming...And fianlly I got one...30" and faught really well! So things are starting to happen! We'll be out there today...and also I will post pictures for this report later today!
Good job Skip. As soon as I can get Harry to dump me in the ocean, I will be joining you out there. I think the next two days of sunny weather will get the inshore waters heated up enough to turn the action on! Go get um!
Skip, I'm sure if you call Timmy, he'll tell you where he went yesterday. SeaDevil wrote a report from our trip. We found 52 degree water and a few more fish to 34+ inches mostly on clam. I still cant wait to bucktail the rips. Congrats!!
