If you have no luck send me an e-mail, i have a place in wildwood on the water either a 3 bedroom or an effiency and within walking distance to supermarket,bar and restaurants. I city block. Tonys and Crab Island,Superfresh and CVS and Wilwood Bagel. Efficency is $1300 a week and the 3 bedroom is $1800 a week and the property taxes are now $14,000 a year thats why i am renting. Will post pics of house if interested.

Thanks, Yes i am on lake and juniper on the water. I didnt want to rent this will be the first season to try it out. I am just going through settlement on a flooring store i am purchasing and from past experience the first year is always time consuming getting set up. I also get a few a partments that need to be gutted so i will be busy. It is a nice are where your at too. Wildwood did such a dramatic turnaround in the last 5 years. I have been there for 10 the only thing killing me is $14000 in taxes from $4500. I am wondering if there trying to run the older folk out of there property and then in a few years they have a surplus and lower the taxes. In the mean time the old folk are gone. It raelly makes you wonder.

$14000 for property taxes, at what point do they think you will feel like your paying too much?????

Beach Haven, LBI bayfront (not on a canal, but actually on bay). 5 BR, 3.5 BA. Private dock will fit up to about a 25 ft boat, no-wake zone in the channel in front of dock. Hot tub, off street parking, amazing views. Easy 4 block walk to ocean side beach..even closer to restaraunts and bars in town.

I know of a place in OC NJ that is just across the street from the ocean (central ave.), so it is ideal for the family. And it can include use of a boat slip over on the lagoon area, about a half mile away.
