How does the rack mount? Class III hitch, bolted on, or some other fashion? Is it mounts on a F150 or Ranger in the pic?

It will fit on any two inch receiver.The rack is also adjustable up and down.

Forgot to mention it has a cutting Board.
Optional cutting board mounts to surf mates II & III.
Made from Starboard Marine.
Never used it.

Joe ~ Is there a site or a way to determine that the rack would fit correctly on a 96 4-Runner ?

Can't see why it would not fit on any truck or SUV. The rack will fit on any two inch receiver.

Gentlemen; These racks fit into 2 inch receiver hitches. The same type hitch that you would put on the rear.
The real nice thing about these front hitches is, if you get stuck they have an attachment hook that slides into the receiver and you have great tow point.
A good Drawtite receiver is about $150 installed.

How old is it? and condition of rack and cooler?

Rack is about 3 years old and is in good condition.The cooler is in very good condition,and the cutting board is new.
