Tom, I wanted to thank you for responding to my post about my broken 965. I wanted you to know I followed your directions and I got my reel back today. It was roughly a week even with shipping and all this snow. I can't thank you enough. You are the man!

If this is a petition sign me up. Thanks Tom

I said it before...It's not every fish site where members can ask questions about a product and not only get a response from the actual manufacturer's rep but also a solution to the problem. Thanks Barn ....and thanks Penn Reels!

Good afternoon.......

I just wish the weather would break.....want to get outside and breath some nice fresh air......and not think about snow!! We'll be traveling up to Long Island next weekend to participate in the 2nd leg of the Canyon Runner Seminar Series. We'll be there showing new products, having some brief service/maintenance tips on reels and running a Knot Tying & Testing State of the Art Digital Line Tester. The crew of The Canyon Runner are a great bunch of guys and a pleasure to work with. Thanks to Adam and the Crew !!! ;)

Take care.....Tom

Hello Michael....

We should have one of our field territorial managers (Jim O'Donnell) representing us there. He should have a full line of Penn reels on hand to display. If you happen to stop by,drop my name....he'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. He's a good guy who likes his shark fishing!

Hello Tom, I received a new Penn 760 Slammer for Christmas and can't wait for the stripers to show up to put it to the test. As I looked it over at Christmas I was really impressed with how well made and strong looking this reel is. I hope it lives up to it's appearance and the strong history of Penn Reels. As a past and present Penn Reel and rod owner I'd like to thank you and Penn fishing products for making a line of quality gear at affordable prices that the blue collar man can buy to enjoy a great sport.

Thanks Bullseye11.
