I plan to go togging later this week. I have found a nice pile of hermits for sale. Any ideas on how I can keep them alive? (that is until I return them to their natural habitat:rolleyes:)

Thanks for reading

I am assuming sea.
I have tried to keep the sea hermits alive and it is hard. If you can have saltwater cycling through a tank would be the best way. I am going to try to put a burlap bag on some ice and see how they hold up. I found that they work fine frozen as well. I fished the hermits in oct and they where instant seabass killers... the tog didn't have a chance to eat them. With the softer tog bite and no seabass around they will probally do pretty well. Hope this helps.
p.s. bring a small hammer.
