Yeah, I'm ready to move to LBI in the spring and fall. Margate in the Summer and Hatteras or Florida in the winter.

Thanks Lockedup. This down time is helping me get caught up on real estate blogging and continuing education. I'm hoping 2012 is good for fishing and real estate!
