Open House Jan. 30th from 8am to 4pm.

Drop by and see some of the new tackle for 2010 and what's on sale in the way of close-outs and clearance.

Or....... just stop by for some rigging instructions and tips. We won't be rigging baits but would be more than happy to spend time with you and help you out with anything we can.

We'll also be highlighting our new "Striper Slayer" line of tackle.........and the new line of Ballyhoo and Chunking rigs.

I believe he is holding it at his shop across the street from Home Depot on Indian Trail Rd in Burleigh, which is just south of Cape May Court House. Chuck is at showing people how to rig baits and has some great gadgets that will help in the processs. Good seeing you in CVS today Chuck.

As I mentioned before, we will not be rigging any baits this time around but there is much more on-hand.

If you need help with the Australian Braid loop knot or have some questions regarding Wind-on Leaders and splicing etc. we can help.

There is plenty of bench space available and bench crimpers for anyone that would like to do some winter rigging of Spreader Bars or any other rigging and we have all the materials you might need on hand too.

From 8am to 4pm our facilities are open to all.

Or, just stop by and see what we are all about.

A good friend of ours also stopped by today; he just sold his boat and is looking to sell all of his tackle and gear... new Penn reels, some 50s, 30s, 2-speeds all in great shape, and boxes of miscellaneous tackle. We have it here now so stop by if you'd like to make an offer. No reasonable offers will be refused.

See you Saturday!

ps...

Kids are welcome at the open house too, absolutely.

Later in the year we're going to be hosting a special Kids Seminar at Tournament Cable, so be on the look out for that too. It may be a little advanced for your little guy just yet dmeloro, but we're going to be teaching basic knots, crimping, how to make a daisy chain, and a few other things along those lines. It'll be a half-day so as not to overwhelm the kids, but at the same time teaching some foundational skills that they'll use their entire fishing lives. It ought to be a really great day.

Once Chuck and I have the date and details finalized we'll get the word out. But in the meantime, absolutely, bring your little guys to the Open House. The earlier you get them fishing, the better!

Thanks for all the positive comments everyone, it certainly makes it all worth while for us here.

So, if you’re in the area tomorrow stop in look around and see what we are all about. If you have some rigging you want to do.... our equipment and materials are here for you. If just have questions or need some help or just an opinion we’ll be glad to offer whatever we can for you.

The entire day is open to all. Nothing structured or planned, everything will be open and on the spur of the moment.

We’re looking forward to seeing everybody….young and old alike.

Thanks Chuck

After leaving your shop the other day I went over to Smugglers Cove and dropped off the Penn 80's to Lou. What a nice guy. I can't wait to get them back and pull some of your awesome Mako & Marlin gear with them this year:thumbsup:
See you in the morning:D

Stopped by and was very impressed!

My wife and I dropped in today and met Chuck & Kelly. We were totally taken back. His place is like a small factory. Chuck took the time to show us all the rigging stations and never lost his patience when my wife was touching and trying everything in the store! He was very informative; all the equipment and tacle is top of the line. Nice to meet you and thank you. Jerry & Lori Bradley

P.S. The Shimano snap ring pliers have been discontinued, we bought the same pliers made by Braid. According to Tackle Direct they come from the same factory.

Saturday was just great and I want to thank all that stopped by. Over all it was a small crowd but considering the weather it was a perfect day inside.

We'll be doing it again soon for anyone that missed it, but remember you can stop by anytime and we'll be glad to show you around.

Again, thanks to all for coming and especially the comments posted.
