they were there last night. They usually don't remove the stakes or white barrels only the red and green cans. The state does it around Thanksgiving give or take a week.
There is a few bouys that have torn loose.One is a definte threat.The second set of bouys,after the sticks has the red can moved quite a bit.If you follow it on low tide,you stand a very good chance of running aground.
