What are the sizes? Not familiar w/ the 4/3, 3/3 in the description. Sizes or what?

All the suits are size XL.

The 4/3 and 3/3 are the measurements of the thickness of the neoprene wetsuit material in millimters (mm).

The 4/3 is a combination of 4mm and 3mm. The 3/3 is 3mm throughout.

I do not have a 5mm for sale but most of the 5mm suits are combinations 5mm and 3mm.

All of the fullsuits listed for sale are taped on the seams which prevents water from leaking into them thus making them warmer during those cold days.
