I am installing the fuel tank in my 19 Outrage - What gauge wire should I be using for the fuel sending unit - and also for the tank ground.

Depending on how long the run is 14- 16 gauge woul dbe adequite. Pink for the sender and black for the ground. Good luck.

Scott, I always recommend USCG commerical standards which would be nothing smaller than 14ga anywhere in the boat..

Thanks guys - I plan on bringing someone out to consult on the wiring but I wanted to get the tank installed and floor down this week which required running the sending unit wires and the tank ground. I appreciate the feedback.
