On Saturday morning, while my brother was on the Cape May - Lewes Ferry, he noticed 4 boats fishing in the generaly area of the lower 60' slough. Just wondering what's biting this time of year.

Don't think so. These were small private recreational vessels.

The water is still in the upper 40's. Still could be some Stripers around.

I guess, but the bay is closed to striper fishing until 3/1. Boats were definitely inside the demarcation line.
