Also what are some good tactics for lures and live baits? I am new to this. I just bought a boat last summer.
Only if you land in PA.Not in PA season is open .Started last year,SO if you have a pa license its good to go.

Esquired- I would re-read that link. Their exact language: "From the Pennsylvania state line upstream to Calhoun Street Bridge - April 1 through May 31". (2) fish at 20-26".Only open if you fish upstream of the Calhoun Street Bridge - below that it is closed (C&R just like NJ) From April 1, until June 1.
