White Perch in Great Egg?

Lord knows I'm a believer in not burning specific spots.

But I don't think white perch count.

If anyone agrees, please let me know where in the GE River I can find the perch. I'd like to get a dozen or so for a family fish fry this weekend.

Thanks in advance or flame away.

Hey egghead,I don't know much about the GE river,But the Tuckahoe has a couple good holes!
Let me know if you need some spots you can try in the Tuckahoe river!
Mullica River between Green Bank & Lower bank Bridges.

I also see a lot of people on the Bass River Bridge fishing for them.
Mullica River put in at Crowleys Landing on 542go to the bend. Excellent spot, if you don't have a boat you can fish from the bank. Real hot on the tide movements.
The bridge @ the entrance to the Patcong creek, always did well there.

You might have a bigger fish fry if you live line those little babies! :D

Don't get me wrong. Some will be sacrificed to the striper gods.

But man I am in the mood for some fried perch.
I'll second Patcong creek. Any bridge or bank. We used to get as many as you want with grass shrimp.
Try right at the #18 marker on the river, let me know if ya get any large ones...
Just follow a small creek upstream to a hole, grappel up & drop bloods on a bobber about 1' off the bottom. As long as the tide is "moveing" supper shall come to you.
What was the outcome with your waders?
