Does anyone know if all these blizzards and jet streams will effect fishing this year?

Hopefully for the better...I'm hearing that the more NE storms we have in the winter means less hurricanes in the summer. Ahh who knows...your guess is as good as mine...I will say one thing, the projected cold weather forcast for the remainder of this month is going to make it tough for a keeper sized bass on March 1.......
