Hit my favorite South Jersey spot for winter panfish today and had some decent action with Yellow Perch. Caught 14 and 2 nice Crappies on a 1/16 oz. maribou jig tipped with a waxworm. Now if I could just figure out how to download pictures.

Easiest way I think is making a Photobucket account on their site. You can download all your pictures there and then you use the image code that you can paste right in to your post. Sounds like a nice day.

Here's a pic of 10 I brought home. Their pretty good eats for a freshwater fish, nice firm meat. I like to fillet and skin, you're left with a piece of meat like a chicken finger which is how I cook them. The knife in the picture is 15".

This time of year some of the females may still have the roe sacks in them. Although I don't keep too many ripe females I occasionally like to take the roe sacks and saute them in butter. Give it a try sometime. White perch roe is also pretty good.
