The first 10 posts in the offshore forum are about how 20+ footers ran 50 knots caught 100 fish jiggin 60 bluefins, 20 blackfins and 40 yellowfins. (no they can't count either). and were back at the dock by noon with street lights on in the picture. Plus the added bonus of the ones with radar posting about the submarine near 5 fathom bank called the USS FA Bouy.

Good call Don, I remember that thread very well. It is amaizing how the grill jockey is bored out of his mind and he has no ride to the offshore grounds and he likes to bash the blue collar guys. Wait isnt he one of us? I do find chum very funny but all I have to say about the kind of Capt he is, go watch east vs west shark!:nuts:

I love how certain guys love to bash the small boat CC guys. It reminds me of the 1st day the chunk/jig bite turned on big time at Masseys 2 yrs ago. We had 2 nice BFT on the troll then switch to drift chunking after we saw the clean sweep doubled up. We stayed clear and started drifting, and catching like crazy, then called my buddy over on his 24 proline, and gave them a flat, and they started doubling up. The in storms the Olivia Grace and runs all over trying to set anchor in the middle of 5-6 boats. After several attempts he gets set, and almost ruins a bite. Hey I guess when your in a big boat you can do whatever you please. Hey at least the boat looked nice. Oh Btw it was dead calm.

AHHA the memories of that anchor with 150 of chain I always hated when the clean sweep midget called me over Maybe he will tell you about the time he needed squid and the cookie monster and crew were on the boat.

See what happens when a guy has 1 trip and something goes bad. It was like my first day trollin around the 19 lump and my pal made me join this site. Gooch you should have been there the day capt bill v (god rest his soul) of the realistic and I got our riggers tangled I hate anchorin.

I miss capt timmay on the water my favorite line to this day was about me turning up the radio and a guy asked why? Capt Timmay picks his head up off the deck and says he is turning it up because he wants you to shut the F up.

No way it's going to be samies again our menu is bigger.Plus we're here all year round not the 3 busy months. I doudt I'll be in the charter biz any time soon full time that is. I still have access to battlewagons to take my customers site seein.
