I like bucktailing in the Rips (Alot) :D

I like eeling in the Rips (Alot)

But I really love fishing my rug spot with a small popper in the middle of the night! (Alot,Alot) :D ;)

Any type of top water action that I can get into with stripers is the Sh*t for me!

What is your favorite way to catch the Striped one??

Pluggin The banks at night is the most exciting by far. But it's sometimes the lowest producing method. Live Herring is my second choice.
Geeze,

How could I forget...Live lining a bait on the surface is pretty exciting too! :D
Live-lining herring to stripers in SHALLOW water. Got a chance to try it for the first time with Indepth on the Delaware River during the spring run last year.. GREAT fun watching the bass smack a herring in 2.5 feet of water.
Plugging the Surf. 2nd From my boat with artificials at night.

Sitting in my truck with my Chessy from 1130pm untill 2am+ With a good Cigar watching the stars at the same time as the red eyes on 2 12'surf poles from the beach at the Fort!

Throwing Chug Bugs on the flats of the Cohanzig at low water sight fishing!

Feeding them Big chunks of bunker that would choke a Hog!

The worse day of fishing beats a good day at work hands down. :D

I have to go with any kind of topwater action. Nothing gets my heart racing like a big bass slamming a popper. They always seem to strike when you aren't expecting it

I can't wait!
1) I would have to say live lining herring.
2) Bucktailing in the rips
3) Chunking the D Bay, cause you never know when you might hook up with that 60+ Striper!
The best from 2003...sitting behind Doxsee at the 50cent (or $1) bridge casting live herring on light tackel and watching your 10 year old hook up a big one. After a 30 minute fight he gave one last pull and snapped the line...but it was a hal hour to remember.

Also..throwing eels at the Coast Guard jetty at night from a bass boat.
CHUNKING!!!!! :D :D
Looking forward to doing some snagging and live lineing up north a lil' this year.

1.Snaging and live lining adult bunker
2.Chunking, cause as mentioned below that
50+lber could come at any time
3.Any other way
Live-lining a herring in the back water during the spawn with a balloon on the line about 5 feet from the herring. SPLASH!!, then watch the balloon take off for about 20-30 yards before setting the hook.
Second favorite is live-lining herring in the salt water, especially around rock piles :D ..13
ANY WAY YA CAN, IT'S ALL GOOD! :D ;)

Personal Favorites; 1 Nothing beats having one explode on a plug, NOTHING! 2 Jiggin the Rips. 3 Eeling the Rips. 4 Chunking.
