WD40.Goof off, a little harsher,will need to re wax.I`m sure others in the biz will chime in.

ACETONE or wd40 to break it loose, then 'no.7' polising compound(green and white can), mixed with meguires #6, top it off with collinite 870. once you see what this looks like, you'll do the whole boat!! Best if done with power polisher!! GOOD LUCK

 

Have you tried using a little gasoline on a rag?

Goof off works well for tar.

 

The 3m cleaner and wax worked for me, the stuff is expensive but made specifically for fiberglass boats.

MARY_KATE on and off will do the trick.

 

On gelcote, just bit of aceton, then wax. On my awlgrip job maybe acetone but mostly have beeen using flitz polish, which is awesome stuff.

 

kerosene on a clean rag.
