A lot of work cleaning, but it will we worth it this winter when you are eating those crab cakes! Well Done!
I don't clean before cooking and I only clean for the girls if they ask.
Brian you put allot of effort into cleaning them and they look great. If you have some interest a guy named Joeyz posted a video a couple years back about how he cleans a large amount of crabs like you have done.

I'm dropping 2 pots in our my way out tomorrow AM for tog and sheepheads. Hope to have some yellow bellies for the afternoon pre-game Phillies game
