Castaway I have one and use it all the time. The one problem is if you way it down(rocks , dirt...etc) the bottom stitches come apart from the seem. Beats raking

I used to have one, so I very much recommend switching to a good lawn vacuum. I bought a self-propelled and LOVE it. The biggest advantage is the 8-to-1 reduction ratio -- i.e., eight bags of leaves are now finely chopped and fit into one bag! Plus, this thing has a chipper on it -- as I see sticks, I stop and push them into the shoot and they're finely ground as well -- it chops sticks up to 1 and 1/2 inch in diameter. PLUS, I can clean my sidewalks, driveway, garage, patio, etc. While your neighbor is stuffing leaves into bags all day, you'll be done in half the time. Trust me -- it's that way every Saturday on my street.
